A mat is all you need.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too baggy or restrictive.
You can sign up via the schedule link above.
We have five marked spots in the parking lot behind out building (shared with Broad Street Brewing). If those are filled, there is plenty of parking along Fort Dade Ave.
Please enter through the gold door on the patio.
We unlock the door 30 minutes prior to class start time. Please give yourself enough time to park and settle in on the mat.
Unfortunately, we do NOT accept late arrivals. Classes start and end on time.
You may cancel your class reservation in Vagaro up to one hour before class with no charge. Drop-in students who cancel within one hour of class will receive a 50% refund. No call / no show reservations are non-refundable.
