Dawn, owner of Brooksville Yoga Company, is a RYT 200, with specialized certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga. Her yoga journey began right here at Brooksville Yoga, completing her 200-hr training with Brooksville Pathways.
She offers Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative
and Yin, weaving meditation and breathwork into classes to help students feel grounded, supported, and connected beyond just the physical practice. She is currently completing her 300-hour advanced teacher training as well as sound healing and therapy studies to expand her practice and bring even greater balance, ease, and holistic well-being to the community.

Lauren is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a deep-rooted passion for the meditative and restorative side of the practice. Currently expanding her expertise by working toward her 300-hour certification, she is also specially certified in Yin Yoga.
Her teaching philosophy is built on the belief that yoga is a bridge to self-awareness. Her classes are designed to be a sanctuary from the noise of daily life, encouraging individuals to tune inward and cultivate a grounded, intentional presence.

Trudy is 500-hr certified and registered yoga teacher offering classes rooted in breath and mindful movement. Trained in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Long Slow Deep Streatching, Hatha and Vinyasa.
She creates a supportive space for students to tune inward, calm the nervous system, and make thoughtful adjustments that carry into daily life.

Amelia is a certified 200-hr Yoga Instructor with a certification in 26 & 2.

Alex is a Yoga and Mat Pilates teacher rooted in yoga philosophy, guiding classes through breath, connection, and mindful movement. With a background in dance, she is inspired by how movement supports healing of the mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
Her path through group fitness led her to become a Master PiYo Instructor, Mat Pilates certified, and a Yoga Teacher offering styles from Yin and Restorative to Hot Power Yoga. Alex creates a safe, compassionate space for every class and every level at Brooksville Yoga.

Mark is a 200 hr RYT, certified in Chair Yoga. He is also working through becoming a certified 26 & 2 instructor.

Meagan weaves yoga, energy medicine, and integrative healing into her work. Trained at The Lotus Pond Yoga Studio, she completed both 200- and 300-hour certifications. She holds a BSN from USF, an MS from the University of Maryland, and is completing graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
A Chokopa Shamanic Reiki Master, Meagan’s work is deeply shaped by her own healing journey through an aggressive autoimmune condition. Her classes blend grounding presence with expansive awareness, inviting students to explore their inner landscape.

Lissa is a RYT 200, licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Thai Yoga Massage therapist, rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the five elements. She teaches from the belief that each person holds an innate ability to find balance by slowing down and listening within.
With a focus on Yin Yoga, along with Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Lissa offers slow, grounding, and deeply nourishing classes. Drawing from her background in bodywork and Ayurveda, her teaching weaves stillness, breath, and nature-inspired awareness, guiding students back to their own rhythm in a space of Metta (loving-kindness), quiet harmony, and connected to their inner light.

Asia is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, reiki master and sound practitioner.. She discovered yoga during the pandemic in search of a new outlet and ended up finding something so much deeper. Showing her the possibilities when you hold onto mindfulness and find that inner connection to the body and the breath.
She has a deep rooted love for yin as it has shown her the strength behind finding comfort within discomfort. Her classes bring a sense of grounding, while keeping that awareness within, inviting you to carry yoga along with you, on and off the mat.
